"Records & Wrecking Balls" is the 21st episode in Season 3 of Austin & Ally. It aired on October 12, 2014. This was the 14th episode to be filmed in season 3.[1] The episode earned 2.1 million views on its premiere night.
Overview
As her album is preparing to be released, Ally realizes that with all the time she's spending with her music, she won't have time to work at the store anymore, and is forced to quit, which allows Lester to finally sell the store- but when the gang finds out that the new owner, Ms. Krum, wants to demolish Sonic Boom to turn it into a box store, they must find a way to stop Lester before it's too late. Meanwhile, Carrie requests Trish and Dez's help to find a new job when she gets fired from Shredder's.[1]

- Sonic Boom was almost destroyed in this episode. Ironically, in Season 4, it is renovated and renamed the Austin & Ally Music Factory.

- Dez said he met Trish here when they actually met at Austin's house when Ally went to confront him about stealing her songs, and became friends at the Swamp fest.
